4. Returns Policy for Products

 

You may return any product that you purchase within 14 days of receiving it.  If you want to return an item please contact info@bellybuttonhealing.co.uk and we will instruct you how to return the item(s).  You may return any item that is faulty within 30 days of receipt by you. You are entitled to a replacement or full refund. Items will need to be returned at your own cost. Where a refund is claimed, we will process the refund as soon as practicable but please allow up to 14 days for the credit to reach your account.

In order to access some features of the Services, you will have to create a BellyButtonHealing account. You must not use another’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
